What I offer
Therapy tailored to your life.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, a major life change, or the unique pressures of a high-stress career, I offer evidence-based therapy designed to meet you where you are.
You don't have to have it all figured out to start.
You just have to take the first step. I'll meet you the rest of the way.
Anxiety & Worry
Anxiety can show up in many ways — racing thoughts, physical tension, avoidance, or a constant sense that something is wrong. Together, we'll work to understand what's driving your anxiety and build practical tools to quiet it.
Generalized anxiety and chronic worry
Social anxiety and performance anxiety
Panic and physical symptoms of stress
Approach: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and somatic awareness
Stress & Burnout
When the demands of life consistently outpace your ability to recover, burnout sets in. I help clients reconnect with what matters, set sustainable limits, and rebuild a sense of energy and purpose.
Workplace stress and professional burnout
Caregiver fatigue and compassion fatigue
Rebuilding balance and sustainable routines
Approach: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), values clarification, and DBT skills
Life Transitions
Change — even positive change — can be disorienting. Whether you're navigating a career shift, relationship change, loss, or a new chapter, therapy provides a steady space to process and move forward.
Career changes and identity shifts
Relationship transitions and loss
Adjusting to new roles and life stages
Approach: Narrative therapy, grief work, and strengths-based approaches
How I work
Evidence-based approaches
I draw from a range of proven therapeutic modalities, tailoring the approach to what works best for you.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
EMDR is a structured, evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories and experiences. It's particularly effective for trauma, PTSD, and anxiety — and often produces meaningful results more quickly than traditional talk therapy alone.
Effective for trauma, PTSD, and anxiety
Structured eight-phase protocol
Available via telehealth for clients in Florida and North Carolina
Dialectical Behavior Therapy
DBT provides concrete skills for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and tolerating distress without making things worse. It's grounded in both acceptance and change — a balance that many clients find deeply practical.
Emotion regulation and distress tolerance
Interpersonal effectiveness skills
Mindfulness as a core practice
Specialized support
For those who carry the weight of others.
Law enforcement officers, military personnel, veterans, and first responders face a unique kind of stress — one that most people never fully understand. I do. I provide a confidential, judgment-free space where you can speak honestly about what you've seen and what you're carrying.
Law Enforcement
Support for officers navigating occupational stress, trauma exposure, and the weight of the job.
Military & Veterans
Therapy for active duty, veterans, and their families dealing with transition, PTSD, and reintegration.
First Responders
Confidential support for firefighters, paramedics, and emergency personnel managing cumulative trauma.
I understand the culture. You won't have to justify why this was hard.
ESA letter assessments
Emotional Support Animal Letters
An Emotional Support Animal (ESA) can be a meaningful part of a mental health treatment plan. If you believe an ESA would support your wellbeing, I can conduct a clinical assessment and provide documentation for housing accommodations when clinically appropriate. I provide ESA letters for clients in Florida and North Carolina.
- Includes a clinical evaluation of your mental health needs
- Documentation provided for housing under the Fair Housing Act (FHA)
- Letters are issued only when clinically supported — not on request alone
Questions about ESA letters? Reach out before scheduling.
